求助： 请帮忙翻译3句话，谢谢

1 Higher wages could ease labor shortages by prompting factories to reduce their work force.
2 A government survey three years age of 2,749 villages found that 74 percent of them had no one left behind who was fit to work in urban factories - the labor pool was dry.
3 The dearth of returning migrants set off a desperate scramble this week to recruit workers.

这一句比较难，另外楼主还是要把拼写错误都改过来啊。
三年前一项对2479村庄的政府调查显示，74%的村子里，能进城打工的人都不会留守。劳动力资源已经枯竭。
（暗示现状并非如此之意）

1.通过压缩劳动力，发放高薪能够过缓解劳动力缺少这一困难。
3流动人口的大面积返乡造成了这周用工极度紧张的态势。

第一句没有任何问题，你没有看懂。工人拿得工资多了，企业能请得起的工人就少了，等价于缓和了用工荒。因为多出几个工人。

    语法上确实没有任何问题，可是用工荒是缺人，减少劳动力了（工人）怎么又成了缓和用工荒了呢。

工人的数量是一定的，工资高了，每个工厂能请得起的人就少了，不就等于多出几个工人了吗。呵呵
