1 〔度合い〕a degree

2 〔標準〕a standard;〔高さ〕a level
この学校は彼には程度が高過ぎる 「The level of this school is [The standards of this school are] too high for him.
高校卒業程度の学力 academic ability equal to that of a high school graduate
程度の低い話題 a low-level topic / crude talk / a 「vulgar [coarse] topic
