WEB：
Japanese Level 3 above
at least 1 year experience, good command in Java, JSP,Java Script etc programming; familiar with J2EE.
Good command in Windows, Unix; Experienced in popular Framework such as Struts;

MAINFRAME：
Japanese Level 3 above
At least 1 year experience, good command in PL/I, JCL, COBOL programming etc;
Good Communication skill, team work, contribition
SAP：
Japanese Level 3 above;
At least 1 year IT experience (for ABAP) or 1 year experience in functional domain for functional modules (either as functional consultant/ configuror in any one of the modules SD/MM/PP/FI/CO and/or experience in sales, procurement, production or accounting department of large companies);
For FI/CO module, degree in professional accounting (CPA or equivalent) and for SD/MM/PP modules, engineering degree with work experiennce in sales, purchasing or production departments in large organisations will be preferred (no IT qualifications required for functional modules - SD/MM/PP/FI/CO)
At least 1 year real project experience in SAP - ABAP/ SD/ MM/ PP/ FI/ CO
Good Communication skill, team work, contribition
