意見に賛成です。为什么主词用に？请问

这里的助词に是什么意思，可以用が吗？

从语法上说,此处的に 应该表示: 动作,作用所指的目标和对象吧. 相当于中文的"于".
指事物时,后续多为自动词.
如:仕事に　とりかかる。
　　李さんの意見には、私は反対です。
至于可以用が吗?感觉好象不能.
