Requirement
System Analysis/Design Capability:
l Solid knowledge on OOA, OOD, with hands on experience in at least 3 projects, familiar with design pattern is a plus.
l Familiar with UML, with hands on experience on Rational Rose/Together or other design tools.
l Solid knowledge on RDBMS (Must be familiar with Oracle architecture, performance tuning concepts).
l Be able to conduct database design (logical and physical), with hands on exp. in at least 3 projects,
l Familiar with Power designer or Erwin is a plus. l Familiar with OLAP is a plus.
Technical Skill set requirement (Coding/Testing)
l For J2EE and Microsoft Expertise, must be familiar with one of them.
l Must: Familiar with JSP, Servlet, EJB, JDBC, and Weblogic/Websphere/JBoss.
l Nice to have: JNI, JMS, Swing, Java Maill Microsoft expertise:
l Must: Familiar with VC++, VB, ASP, IIS, COM/COM+
l Nice to have: .NET(C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET, ADO.NET)
l Must: Oracle8i/9i (SQL, PL/SQL)
l Nice to have: SQL Server, Sybase, Informix
l OS: Familiar with basic admin & development concepts. Hands on experiences on UNIX.
Project Management Skill/Experience
l With experience of at least 2 projects as a project manager
l Familiar with project management skill such as planning, tracking, requirement management, SCM, risk management, communication management etc.
l With PMP certificate is a plus
foreign language Capability
l Be able to read and write in Japanese and communicate in Japanese orally.

· 在日本工作3年以上，日语流利，且有较强的写作能力
