Ｓａｌｅｓ　Ｍａｎａｇｅｒ　
Responsibility :
        Responsible for the sale of SAP/Oracle ERP & BD in China or with positive attitude and initiative, working in matrix organization
        Ensure that solutions are educated and represented in China to achieve the growth and manage China local client
        Develop and explore business opportunities in the territory
        Monitor competitors’ activity within the territory and working closely with SAP/Oracle ERP & BD
        Matured, able to develop relationships with key accounts, ability to do relevant travels and working hours according to needs
        Do presentations, within the territory in order to promote company’s business, traveling required based on business needs
        Prepare cold calls, monthly and sales forecast report ‘on-time’ with the designated territory



Requirements :
        Bachelor degree in Computer Science or equivalent with good Japanese understanding and Chinese, English.
        Sales experience in large scale and high value proposition sales experience
        Excellent communication skill to deal with various levels of customers, especially with the foreign & senior China management
        Good writing skills especially on meeting minutes, good presentation, interpersonal and negotiation skills, with eager to learn attitude.
        Solid understanding of the software industry, good and keen knowledge about the ERP market
        Computer literacy on Microsoft Office Software such as MS PowerPoint & Visio
        Ability to build, maintain and nurture long-term relationships with customers
        Required 5~7+ years working experience in Consulting Company, good track record of successful sales experience in ERP market
