Customer Service Operation (Japanese)
Description :
- Provide support to Japan local businese parters (sales, dealers).
- Interaction with internal department in Japan and other regions.
- ERP System operation for order entry and tracking.
- Trouble shooting on businese end.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor and above
- Businese level Japanese
- 1 or 2 years working experience at least
- Outgoing and be good at teamworking
- With accountability and patience
- Adapt to working under pressure |
