有这种对应关系吗？

下面几个be referred to的常见用法中都看不出来。

She was referred to a heart speciallist.
The invention of gunpower is referred to China
He is refered to as living Leifeng
All disputes, if unsettled ,should be referred to the FTBC of CCPIT

Yeah, that's a valid use too.

I was thinking of something like: the other (things) were referring to (xxx).  Not an exact match, I know, thus the approximately equal sign.  :p
