The PBC has the ability to interact with customers (Partner / Prospect / Internal) to resolve their needs and achieve high quality service standards.PBC should have excellent communication skils, quick and accurate data lookup/entry and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.  
 
Requirements: 
 
Excellent written and verbal communication skills  
(in: Japanese JLPT 320+ ) 
Resolve partner, Prospect and Internal?enquiries via phone, email and chat  
Communicate effectively, via telephone, e-mail and chat  
Ensure and assist partners in joining / renewing their OPN agreement, Contracts, etc. on time.  
Responsibility: 
 
Utilize all necessary resources within the company to proactively resolve issues and retain partners  
Customer relationship (account management) by proactively being in touch through Outbound calls - to build strong relationships with Partners  
Build positive rapport with partners and co-workers  
Log/document all interactions accurately  
Profile partners so that we have updated and accurate info  
Work with the team to achieve results  
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines  
Perform daily tasks with an entrepreneurial spirit and a true sense of ownership  |
