Job description
wAdheres to IBM’s Business Conduct Guidelines
wWork closely with E-Mail and Collaboration Team Lead
wMonitors and actions all problem records assigned within contractual service level agreements & terms and conditions
wResponsible for ensuring/maintaining the technical integrity of the E-Mail and Collaboration environment
wLiaise with dependent areas for changes impacting the E-Mail and Collaboration environment.
wReview and maintain E-Mail and Collaboration product Standards to ensure currency.
wResponsible for organizing communication of all changes to appropriate parties.
wPerforms systematic problem determination.
wCreates & maintains account technical procedure documentation.
wEscalates customer satisfaction problems to team leader, if necessary.
wResponsible for ensuring all time recording data is accurate, complete & up to date for own activities
wComplies with documented key Operations Management practices and procedures specifically for Problem, Change, Call Management and Request For Service, Alert and Critical Situation Management processes.
wResponsible for personal development to meet business requirements.
wAssist in daily audit of Logs for any abnormal events.
wManage privileged user ids and groups.
wProvide after-hours and on call support, if necessary.
wPerform security compliance tasks.
wAssume additional responsibilities as assigned.
Required

    Bachelor's Degree
    At least 1 year experience in Lotus Domino Server Management
    Basic knowledge in OS/390, UNIX, Windows, Z/OS, AS/400
    English: Basic knowledge
    Japanese: Fluent
