弊社クライアント（プライベート・エクイティファンド、ヘッジファンド、大手コンサルティング会社等）の投資判断をサポートするため、彼らのリサーチプロジェクトに応じた業界の専門家(スペシャリスト)のリサーチを行い、リクルーティングを実施、弊社クライアントへのコンサルテーションのアレンジします。
Main purpose of the role:
To identify & recruit specialists to Cognolink’s network of industry experts to help facilitate consultations between industry specialists and our clients (Private Equity Companies, Hedge Funds and Management Consultancies) in order to help them make insightful investment decisions. |

• 社内外のツールを活用し、業界の専門家 (スペシャリスト) のリサーチ
• 新しいスペシャリストの特定
• 新しいスペシャリストのリクルーティング (弊社ネットワークへの参加登録)
- クライアントの関係構築
• 良い関係を構築し、継続的に質の高いサービスを提供
• 必要な場合において、クライアントとの会議やイベントに出席

応募条件
- コンサルティング会社で市場調査の就業経験（2~3年程度）をお持ちの方 (優遇)
- 金融市場（債務、エクイティ、デリバティブなど）について、知見を持つ方 (優遇)
Key Responsibilities:
• Project execution
o generate effective work plans for projects and execute appropriately
o develop knowledge and understanding of the various industries on which our clients focus in order to provide an improved service
o work within a team and operation teams in London, New York, Hong Kong, and Mumbai office to ensure projects are completed successfully and within the required timescales
o facilitate consultations; scheduling calls between our clients and specialists, arranging for interpreters, assisting specialists complete pre-consultation processes
o continuously review processes and make suggestions for improvements where necessary
• Specialist communication
o use internal and external tools to source Industry specialists
o identify new sources of specialists wherever possible
o recruit specialists to our specialist network
• Client relationship
o attend client meetings or events as necessary
o carry out post -consultation and post -project calls to gather feedback
o build relationships with clients and deliver consistently good service
Essential criteria:
-Native Japanese required, Fluent in English
-Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and build relationships
-Demonstrated ability to carry out research and take a focused and logical approach to project work
-Strong general business understanding and common sense
-IT literate and familiar with Microsoft Office
-Good educational background
-Outstanding social and networking skills
-Ability to convince (great sales skills)
-Willing to work in a busy environment which is, at times, high pressure
-Flexible, motivated and willing to ‘go the extra mile’
-Resourceful and creative
Desired requirements:
- Two or three years working experience in the marketing research firm
- Good understanding of financial markets (debt, equity, derivatives etc.) |
