目前,懂技术又有日语能力的人才十分难找. 我司(世界著名的数据库库软件公司)目前对于以下职位有需求(但主要是在ERP应用产品方面(EBS),非数据库方面人才),请看以下的职位描述:
Job A) ERP Developer (for Japan Project)
Product Development
· Beijing, China
Responsibilities:
1. To make EBS localization and customization development work based on Market requirement.
2. Follow Oracle development process to make EBS related development work.
3. Review JP requirement documents and write design documents in Japanese
4. Be the expert for the Applications products being worked on.
Qualifications:
1. Good command of foreign language skill in both Japanese and English, capable of reading/writing technical documents.
2. BS or MS in Computer, Business, Industry Engineering or Operations Research.
3. Solid development experience of Oracle Database, PL/SQL, Java.
4. ERP development experience is preferred.
5. Experience on Oracle Applications development, Oracle developer Suite (Forms, Reports, J Developer) is preferred.
6. Functional experience in any of the following areas is preferred: Financials, Discrete or Process Manufacturing, HRMS/Payroll, Supply Chain and Project Management etc;
Additional Information / Personal Profile:
Good at Japanese and English, both reading/writing

Job B)Senior Applications Product Analyst (For Japan projects)

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Applications Product Group is a dynamic, growing team responsible for Applications Product functional and in testing in mutibyte language environment(Chinese and Japanese), and also in charge of EBS related development work.
1. Provide solid ERP product knowledge to team members. Lead the product team to complete following tasks
2. To run product testing process with Oracle global testing methodology. Execute tests manually and via automated testing tools (WinRunner). Work closely with Japan for Applications testing
3. Ensure all serious bugs are addressed properly before release to the Market. Prepare/execute test scripts
4. To work with NLS team and Global development team to track and fix the bugs. Communicate effectively with development team , WPTG, Oracle AP countries on technical aspects of the project.
5. Execute Oracle EBS new feature testing and write Userguide in Japanese
6. Be the expert for the Applications products being worked on.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. BS or MS in Computer , Business, Industry Engineering or Operations Research.
2. Holding in-depth knowledge in any the following business functional areas: Financials, CRM, HRMS/Project Management, Discrete or Process Manufacturing, Supply Chain, etc. Experience with Oracle Applications is a big plus.
3. Technical knowledge of Oracle database, PL/SQL, Linux/Unix OS, development is preferable.
4. Proven analytical and problem solving skills. Quick learner for new technologies.
5. Fluent written and verbal communication skills in Japanese, Good in English.
6. Exhibits good project planning and time management skills
Experience Requirement :
- 3+ years of software development experience with 2+ years in
Linux/Unix software development
- independent working capability in a team
