【求助】about视频抓屏软件

哪位用过抓屏软件，有一个问题请教：

偶在用REAL1PLAYER看电影的时候遇到好的图像想用抓屏保存起，保存的类型是BMP（位图），可是把REALONE关掉之后，再打开“我的图片”就只能看到一片黑，什么都没有了。想请教：是不是保存的类型不对？还是其他的？

我用的是一个免费软件，可以抓影片的图，也可以抓游戏的图。
据说新版的 Hypersnap 之类的截图软件也可以做到同样的事。
但是因为这个对我而言已经很好用了，所以没有去找其他可能。
