Software Support Engineer For SUN China
Annual salary: RMB162K to RMB300K
Location:     Beijing

Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support to customer base in Japanese to resolve technical issues they may encounter using software products via telephone and interface with global support structure for problem resolution.
- Manage escalation to resolution and provide support to partners on service calls
- Provide post sales on-site and telephone system support to customers
- Installation, problem isolation and resolution, utilitising system software and diagnostics
- Act as interface between customers, Service Delivery engineers and Product Engineers, manage customers incidents using case management tools & Global Resolution Methodology
- Require 7 x 24 on -call rotation duty and provide Transfer-of-Information (TOIs) seminars to other support personnel.
- Participate in new products technical support and delivery reviews.
- Communicate to Japanese customers.；

Requirements:

- 3+ years professional software support experience including minimum 1 year of customer technical support role.
- Able to demonstrate exceptional skills in supporting customers over the phone and include professional development experience and/or strong scripting capabilities.
- Minimum of 2 years successful diagnostic and problem-solving coding/testing skills.
- At least 2 years experience administering a mix of UNIX and Windows computer systems
- Familiar with operation and support of various applications
- Ability to multi-task due to ever changing support priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Minimum Degree in Computer Science or demonstrated experience within computer industry.

4. 作为客户与服务工程师和产品工程师之间的桥梁，利用相关工具管理客户；
5. 7 x 24工作方式；
6. 新产品技术支持；

职位要求

1. 3年以上软件技术支持经验，其中1年以上客户技术支持经验；
2. 2年以上技术问题纠错排错、测试或开发经验；
3. 2年以上Unix和Windows系统使用经验，熟悉各种操作系统；
4. 很好的日文听说读写能力；
5. 很好的沟通能力，解决问题能力；
6. 计算机或相关专业本科以上学历；
