１．Mainframe日语高级开发工程师/开发工程师
工作内容：
- 参与对日项目， 从事应用软件的开发维护的工作
- 根据项目需要，可能会派驻日本工作
- 配合项目经理和项目组长，根据项目计划开展工作
- 与IBM Japan 同事，客户团队沟通，详谈需求，完成项目目标
技术需求：
- 日语3级以上 （高级职位需日语2级以上）
- 2年以上工作经验，熟悉PL/1, JCL, COBOL编程 （高级职位需 4-5年以上工作经验）
- 熟悉IBM 390主机系统
- 良好的沟通能力，团队精神和敬业精神
２．Ｃustomer Service Representative(需要日本人，至少１年工作经验)
Position Responsibilities
• Provide phone, digital fax and email assistance, and maintaining service level agreements.
• Resolve order management requests including order change, expedites, post booking enquiries, returns & replacements, invoicing disputes and shipment tracking.
• Clearly and concisely document progress of the case through one line tracking system. Ensure the customer is kept up to date with case progress within set SLAs.
• Handle escalated enquiries or escalate to Team Lead if cannot resolve within SLA. Continually follow up unresolved problems and ensure senior department members and management are informed of potential issues.
• Use Cisco’s web based applications and tools to view orders, identify customer details, check pricing, conduct shipment-tracking requests, verify product configuration, research and resolve issues.
• Assist cross-functional partners and coordinators by using specialised knowledge to identify, evaluate, and resolve various inter-related problems. Identify opportunities for process improvement as appropriate and participate in implementation of new processes.
• Support other areas of the business by participating in on-the-job cross-functional training.
• Provide language support when necessary, servicing Asian country’s business hours and needs.
• Be able to support rostered shifts within designated hours of support, this may include weekends and public holidays.
• Other duties or projects assigned that are related to the primary job functions and are within skills and capabilities.

日本项目高级软件工程师PL/PM Japanese Project Senior Engineer PL/PM
职位要求：
•日语2级（或相当），日语能够熟练地读写；
•4年以上软件开发经验，具备丰富的详细设计经验；
•熟悉面向对象设计，具备较强的需求分析和系统设计能力；
•较好的团队工作能力和沟通技巧，能带领小团队进行开发。对以下至少一种技能具备丰富的开发经验：
•J2EE；
•.NET；
•C/C++；
•Oracle/SQL-Server；
•具有电信，制造等行业知识和经验的优先考虑
高级管理者需要日语流利，至少6年以上相关工作经验 |
