Japanese learning

Could anybody here give some advises about how to learn Japanese?
It's important to master it well for working in a Japanese company.
Advantage is that I have a very good circumstance because almost everyone in our company can speek Japanese well and I can hear numerous Japanese everyday. I should have the confidence to learn it well.
But how to start? how to improve? How to keep myself positive all the time?
As a beginner, I should ask for your help.
