Position : - Customer Support Analyst ( Japanese Speaking)
Responsibilities
1.Provide customer service and IT support over all means of communication to users in Asia Pacific
2. Resolve issues and handle requests reported
3. Perform escalation and workflow procedures
Requirements
1. Required languages: English (written and spoken), Japanese is desirable
2. Required skills: Windows Operating System, basic networking, hardware and software knowledge.
3. Preferable skills: Lotus Notes, SAPGUI, remote resolutions tools such as Netmeeting
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive and a team player
Other Requirements
1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
2. Working knowledge in Windows Operating Systems and On the Shelf Application would be an advantage
3. Working knowledge in PC hardware
4. Candidate must be willing to work on shift (24 x 7)
5. Good phone communication and interpersonal skills
6. Applicants will be based in [Tianjin空港]
7. Able to start work on short notice
8. Willing to work on shift (working time will be determine)
