today when i was paying, the cashier asked me , so you needn't any bag?
i answered ,yes, i needn't , i bring one.
actually, i doubted  that i made a mistake.
because i am always confused with the usage like yes,(mean no), no(mean yes).

like    yes, i do(negative meaning)
         no, i don't(definitive meaning)

who can give me any examples to expain me? thanks!

Threre is a simple way.
In English, if you wanna refuse, say NO - whatever they ask.
If you wanna accept, say YES.

So, if you don't need the bag, you should say:
No, thanks. (I've already got one)

On the contrary, if you do need the bag, say:
Yes, please.

In a word,
"No, thanks." is used to refuse something.
"Yes, please." is used to accept something.
