深圳IBM招聘日语系统操作专员(System Operator)

IBM China Global Delivery
China Global Delivery Center (GDC) is now IBM's second largest GD Center worldwide next only to India. Over the years, China Global Delivery Center has significantly grown its employee base to provide strategic outsourcing services including application service, infrastructure services and business transformation services across the locations of Shanghai, Dalian, Shenzhen and Chengdu. In 2008, China GDC signed an agreement with Wuhan municipal government to extend its global delivery reach in the capital city of Hubei province in central China. The move underscores IBM's commitment to helping China enhance its service capability and transform from the world's factory to the world's service center.

China GDC was certified Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) V1.1 Maturity Level 5 by the Software Engineering Institute (SEI) as early as 2004 and was renewed as a CMMI v1.2 organization in 2008. With the latest and highest international standard institutionalized across China Global Delivery's centers, IBM continues its leadership in quality control in China's application services outsourcing market.

With growing demand, China GDC has launched the SAP TAC (Technology Assembly Center) and the global Language Translation Services Center (LTSC) to enhance SAP and language capability for delivery.

IBM China GD Shanghai Center was established in 1999. It provides application services to clients worldwide, especially in Japan. It also focuses on the invoice phase of Accounts Payable process supporting 15 countries in 5 languages (English, Japanese, Korean, Thai and Indonesian).

IBM China GD Shenzhen Center was established in 2002. As a strategic Integrated Technology delivery (ITD) center, it provides technical support, call center and command center services to clients worldwide. Its Call Center won the “China Best Outsourcing Support Center” in 2008 and ITD also became one of the first few companies in China certified for ISO 20000, an international standard for IT service management in 2007. The Shenzhen center also provides application services to Asian customers, while its Dot Com and Maintenance & Technical Support (MTS) Business Units sells IBM products & services (through telephone), and provides post-sales maintenance call services respectively.

IBM China GD Dalian Center was established in 2003. It provides application services to customers worldwide, especially those in Japan and South Korea. As the strategic center for IBM Business Transformation Outsourcing (BTO) business in Asia, it provides credit card processing services and business process outsourcing services in functions of CRM (customer relationship management), finance and accounting, human resources and procurement, for clients worldwide. Dalian GD center has been awarded the "Best Software & Services Outsourcing Company" for four times by local government to date.

IBM China GD Chengdu Center was established in 2007. It provides development, operation and maintenance of application systems to clients worldwide. It also runs as a regional operation center for IBM Global Procurement Center, which effectively supports the IBM's global integration of supply chain management and provides services in multiple languages such as Chinese, English, Japanese and Korean.

中国全球服务执行中心(China GDC)目前是IBM全球第二大服务执行中心,业务规模仅次于印度。位于上海、大连、深圳和成都的四个分中心拥有数千位技术人才,为IBM全球客户提供战 略性外包服务,包括应用软件开发及管理服务,IT基础架构服务以及业务流程外包服务等。2008年,IBM决定将其全球服务执行业务拓展至武汉市,进一步 体现了IBM致力帮助中国实现战略增长和转型的决心,通过推动中国现代服务产业的发展使中国从世界的工厂成为世界的服务中心。

IBM中国全球服务执行中心早在2004年就已经获得美国软件工程协会(SEI)授予的CMMI(能力成熟度集成模型)1.1版本能力成熟度5级认证。 2008年,经过再次严格认证,成为拥有CMMI 1.2版本 5级能力成熟度的组织,这标志着业界最新和最高级的国际性质量标准已经在IBM中国全球服务执行中心全面实施,也充分证明IBM凭借其在质量控制领域的出 色表现继续引领中国的应用软件服务外包市场。

随着客户需求的不断增加,IBM中国全球服务执行中心还在2008年先后成立了SAP TAC(Technology Assembly Center)中心和语言翻译服务中心,大大提升了IBM在全球服务外包领域的SAP项目交付实施能力和语言能力。

各分中心介绍
上海全球服务执行中心成立于1999年,目前为全球特别是日本客户提供应用系统服务,并用英语,日语,韩语,泰语和印度尼西亚语等为IBM在15个国家和地区的业务提供供应商应付账款处理。

深圳全球服务执行中心成立于2002年,主要为全球客户提供IT基础架构及呼叫/联系中心的外包服务。2008年,该中心因其出色的客户服务获得中国最佳 外包呼叫中心技术支持奖。2007年,该中心获得了ISO20000认证,是中国首批获得这项国际殊荣的企业之一。深圳全球服务执行中心同时为亚洲客户提 供应用系统服务以及通过电话和网络(ibm.com) 销售IBM的产品和服务。

大连全球服务执行中心成立于2003年,目前为全球特别是日韩客户提供应用系统服务,并作为IBM 在亚洲业务流程外包业务(BTO)的战略中心,提供人力资源、财务、资金结算、采购以及信用卡处理等流程外包业务。因为对当地软件和服务外包行业作出的积 极贡献,大连全球服务执行中心已四次获得由政府颁发的最佳软件和外包企业称号。

成都全球服务执行中心成立于2007年,主要为全球客户提供应用系统服务,同时作为IBM供应链管理全球整合战略的一部分,为深圳IBM全球采购总部的亚太客户提供全方位的采购服务,服务语言包括中文、英语、日语和韩语。

上次快过年时,通过阿尔泰克介绍到过一次,电话,TEAMTEADER这些都见了,也见了经理,面试通过了,说不用倒班的,都叫我上班和谈好薪质了,突然又说项目有调整,上次的录用作废了。
我对这职业也很感觉兴趣哦 ,不知道现在还有没机会哦,年纪也是应聘的最大年纪了。
