我自己尝试了翻译了前三个，也不知道是不是正确，但第四个真不知道是什么东西？

fused plugs with modified earth pin 配有改良型接地销针的不可拆卸的插头
socket-outlets with modified earth socket contact 配有改良型接地插孔的插座
non-rewirable plugs with integral inductive line filters 配有集成式感应线路滤波器并且不可拆卸的插头

难点就是这里吧，alternative，可替换的（根据上下文有不同的翻译），cord线，entry 这里应该是接入意思。例如：

The non- wicking cable entry provides positive protection against moisture penetration.
无芯电缆能够防止免受潮湿的侵袭

Cord entry就是接入的线，或者是线的接入方式，大体是这么个意思。

non-rewirable plugs with an alternative cord entry 不可拆卸的插头，配有可以替换的接入线。

没有仔细查证，供参考。

fused plug 应该是装有保险丝的插头，而不是不可拆卸...
