1.        Job Description

We are looking for a part-time temporary Japanese speaker who will be conducting telephone interviews with companies. You will be carrying out cold-calls and therefore must be confident in doing this.

Strategic Analytics is a highly fact-based sales and marketing consulting company that combines quantitative and qualitative techniques to deliver unique insights about markets and competitors to our clients. Our clients use this insight to optimize product offerings, competitor positioning and go-to-market strategies and tactics to improve business performance. We have three offices based in London, Shanghai and Singapore.

3.        Requirements

- Japanese speaker and fluent in English
- Quick learner
- Any telephone, sales or call center experience would be advantageous
- Have good communication skills
- Relevant previous experience will be valued
- A demonstrable understanding of technical subjects will also be considered favourably.

4.        Working time and period

The job will be August – September 2015, working Monday to Friday, 9am – 4 pm

5.        Work Location

Shanghai Huangpu district, Huai Hai Zhong Road. (“must be available to work from our Shanghai offices”)
