Two years or above developer experience
One year or above test experience
Familiar with different testing tools such as load runner or some other tools
With experience of writing test case, test plan etc.
Understanding well about software engineering process
Japanese Level 2 above, Level 1 is preferred
Good team work spirit
Like testing, and like to develop his career on test line.
