Responsibilities:
To manage and deliver large / multiple Projects.
Extensive interface with customers and ensuring that customer expectations are met.
Preparing project proposals, response to RFP’s, cost/effort estimates and reviewing proposals.
Growing and mentoring technical leads and large teams.
Building knowledge and reputation as an expert in specialist area.
Designing & developing strategy, Project monitoring & Control, Resource Management.
Leading large teams comprising of technical professionals and functional specialists and evolve plans for optimizing team productivity and acquisition of relevant competencies.
Understanding client requirements for the Requirement Analysis stage of the projects, system design & architecture & knowledge engineering.
Streamlining the delivery processes as well as those of the support functions within the organization.
Profile:
Engineering degree preferable but not a bar for the right candidate.
Over 4 years of total experience in project management.
Good communication and people management skills, strong commercial orientation & entrepreneurial skills.
Excellent personality & leadership skills are integral to the job.
Excellent in Japanese speaking, writing and reading. English speaking is pls.
