上海某日资制药企业招聘以下职位：
董事长助理/秘书
职位描述/要求：
岗位职责：
-协助总经理处理国际商务谈判、翻译事宜；
-做好总经理办公室接待工作；
-掌握总经理的日程安排做好预约工作，安排商务旅行；
-起草公司对外文稿、工作计划总结，并作好公司重要会议记录；
-起草、存档整理总经理签发文件；
-监督执行总经理办公会决议；
-协助总经理和各部门主管草拟公司级规章管理制度及公司总体运行的配合；
-完成总经理交办的其他相关工作。
岗位要求：
（1）基本学历：
-日语、经贸日语、文秘及相关专业，本科以上学历。35岁以下。
（2）基本工作经历：
-至少两年以上相关工作经验，有医药学相关工作经历者或会计相关工作经历者优先。
（3）特殊技能：
-日语一级、英语六级，尤其是日语的听说读写相当流畅；
-具备充分的电脑办公软件应用水平（Word,Excel,PPT,etc.)；
-熟悉日本商务礼仪；
-具有企业管理知识者优先。
（4）其他：
-较强的人际沟通能力与团队合作精神；
-具备良好的耐心与坚忍不拔的毅力。




商务发展经理/总监
Duties and Responsibilities 职位和负责内容描述：
-Assist the General Manager and senior management by exploiting new business operation
-Responsible for the exploitation and development of abroad/domestic business
-On behalf of Corporation to explain and extend the corporate service products for clients
-In charge of and maintain the development of business developing team, and complete the certain team annual goal
-配合总经理与公司高层寻找并开拓新的业务模式
-负责公司国内外业务的开发及拓展
-代表公司为客户讲解及推广公司服务产品
-管理并维护商务发展部门团队的发展，并完成一定的团队年度指标
Qualifications required 资历要求：
（1）Minimum Education基本学历：
-B.S. or higher degree on Medical / Pharmaceutical/ Biological science
-医药生物类相关专业本科及以上学历
（2）Minimum Experience基本工作经历：
-3 years or above work experiences, 2 years or above relevant experience of international clients management, have the background of working in the international pharmaceutical or CRO corporation and experience will be an advantage
-Be familiar with the management process of pharmaceutical R&D network, ad and public relationship, have the abundant client source from both domestic and abroad
-With strong sense and interests of the development of pharmaceutical R&D and CRO work
-具有3年以上工作经验，2年以上相关行业国际客户管理经验，具有国际企业背景和经验者优先
-深谙医药研发行业网络、广告、公关等商务拓展的流程，具有丰富的国内及海外客户资源
-对医药研发及CRO行业发展有高度敏感及兴趣
（3）Special Skill特殊技能：
-Excellent ability of writing and masterminds, fluent Spoken English and translating ability of both oral and writing
-If possible, ability of Japanese will be better
-策划与文字撰写能力强，英语流利，能口译和笔译
-如有日语能力者更佳。
（4）Others 其他:
-Have passion and responsibility, like to face working stress and challenge, full of exploiting spirit
-Excellent ability of studying and adapting environment changing
-Strong people management and communication skills; teamwork spirit
-Excellent ability of coordination and Organization
