职责：
Oversight of a region of dealer accounts
Training of Dealer Sales Representatives
Continuous communication with the dealer and customer groups
Providing sales activity plans and monthly forecasts
Developing plans to increase our mutual business, the exposure and brand awareness of Steinway products in the Chinese market, introducing these plans to our dealers and following up their execution
Developing and improving dealers’ knowledge about the Steinway brands
Assisting dealers in their planning, executions and follow ups of promotional sales events

要求：
Age between 28 and 35 with a bachelor or master degree
Minimum 3 years experience in sales/marketing
Excellent communication skills
Oral and written English skills are preferred
Experience with luxury products a plus
Good understanding of the marketing and sales techniques for developing and nurturing a market for a high quality niche product, experienced in assisting or performing promotion activities
Flexible and willing to travel.
Able to work under pressure
