1. Job Purpose
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading, motivating and managing the process team to deliver a high quality, customer focused service on daily basis to client in accordance with agreed Service Level Agreements and Operational Level Agreements.
The candidate will also be responsible for following, maintaining and improving operational procedures; and encouraging staff to do the same.

3. Key Result Areas
Service Delivery:
Delivers a high quality, professional and proactive day to day service to client, within agreed SLA’s.
All relevant transactions are processed accurately and on a timely basis. All KPIs are reported systematically, deadlines are met.
Ensures that country specific variances are processed according to defined procedures.
Ensures process is controlled according to the agreed procedures.
Ensures operating procedures are maintained, understood and followed by staff.
Prepares reports to the Team Manager/Operations Manager.
Continuous Improvements:
Continually strives to simplify, standardise and improve processes across all countries subject to approval of the Team Manager/Operations Manager.
Continually considers improvement opportunities and encourages the team to do the same (subject to approval of the Team Manager/Operations Manager).
Focuses on continuously developing business relationships.
Team Management:
Leads and manages the team, geared towards high quality service delivery.
Schedules, prioritises and allocates work to the team.
Is responsible that cross-training occurs within the team to prevent reliance on key individuals.
Responsible for managing staff issues (time sheets, managing overtime, holidays, appraisals, promotions, sickness, training, regular team meetings, etc.).
Focuses on maintaining a good Team spirit, through proactive communication, coaching and counselling, in line with SSC policies and procedures.
4. Person Specification
1) Skills
Fluent Japanese Language Skill
Good operational skills on MS OFFICE especially Excel data analysis skills
Good operational skills on SAP system especially FI Model AP function
Managerial skills including delegating, controlling, team-building, coordinating, communicating, negotiating, performance reviewing and career developing skills
Knowledge management skills including process knowledge cascade and process improvement
2) Education / Academic Background
A Bachelor degree in accounting or business administrative
3) Knowledge
SAP system or other ERP system knowledge
Desktop procedure and process map knowledge
Good accounting knowledge
4) Experience
Three years of full-time corporate experience with minimum of 1-2 years in a supervisory role
