少なくとも先週末まで「ミウラカズヨシ」といえば、きょう４１歳となるサッカーのカズこと三浦知良さんである。若い世代は「ほかにもいたのか」と驚くだろう。ふた昔前の時の人が、ニュースの主役で戻ってきた。

  要说起Miura Kazuyoshi，至少在上周末之前，都会以为是在说今天正好41岁的足球Kazu——三浦知良先生吧。若说不是，则年轻一代大概会大吃一惊，“怎么，还有另外一个吗？”。是的，那个二十多年前的名人，又恢复了媒体上的主角身份。

「ロス疑惑」の三浦和義元社長（６０）が、サイパン島で米当局に逮捕された。８１年に妻一美さんを銃撃させたという殺人容疑だ。日本では無罪が確定しているが、事件の舞台である米国も独自に捜査や裁判を進めることができ、重罪には時効がない。

“洛杉矶疑案”中的三浦和义（注：日语发音和一三浦知良样也是Miura Kazuyoshi）前社长（60岁）在塞班岛被美国当局逮捕了。因他涉嫌在1981年指使他人枪击自己的妻子一美女士。那案子在日本已确定为无罪了，可在案发地美国仍可进行独立调查及审判，并且像这样的重罪是没有时效的。

これほど呼称が変転した人も珍しい。悲劇の夫、三浦「さん」は自らも足を撃たれ、病院で涙ながらに状況を語った。４年後の逮捕で敬称が消え、次いで被告と呼ばれ、逆転無罪で元社長に変わる。万引きの容疑者にもなったが、司法や報道の人権侵害を語る講演では「氏」と紹介された。

像他这样频繁变换称呼的人也是世上少有的。悲剧中的丈夫，三浦“先生”自己也被击中腿部，在医院里他涕泪纵横地描述着案情。4年后遭逮捕，敬称就消失了，接着就被称为被告，反败为胜被判无罪后人称前社长。他还涉嫌偷窃，但在揭露司法、媒体侵犯人权的演讲会上，被介绍为“三浦氏”。

銃撃３カ月前、知人に妻を殴打させたとする殺人未遂事件では懲役６年の刑が確定し、あれやこれやで、拘置所や刑務所に５５００日いたそうだ。今、何度目かの容疑者に戻り、再始動させた人生が暗転の際（きわ）にある。

持续27年不断地追究事件真相的美国警察机关的执着令人惊叹。他国的司法可将一国最高法院判决过的案件翻出来重审的制度，更加令人震惊。美国联邦调查局（FBI）所说的新证据能令万民信服吗？

ロスの駐車場で撃たれなければ、一美さんは昨日、５５歳を迎えていたはずだ。母は「誕生日を前に少しだけ光が差してきた」と語った。人生、歳月、正義。様々を考えさせる仰天の報である。

At least before last weekend, to most people, the name Kazuyoshi Miura referred to the professional soccer player who turned 41 on Tuesday and goes by the nickname Kazu.

Young people may be surprised to hear of another man with the same name. The person of the hour from more than two decades ago suddenly returned to the limelight.

Kazuyoshi Miura, 60, of the so-called L.A. Affair, was arrested in Saipan by U.S. police Friday on suspicion of murdering his wife, Kazumi, by having her shot in 1981 in Los Angeles. While Miura was acquitted in Japan, authorities in the United States, where the crime took place, can also investigate and try him on their own. There is no statute of limitations for serious crimes there.

Few people underwent a change of designation by the media as often as Miura. When his wife was shot, "Miura-san," in his role as the grieving husband who was also shot in his leg, tearfully spoke about the incident while recuperating in a hospital.

When he was arrested four years later, the honorific was struck. He was called a defendant but once he was acquitted after being found guilty in a lower court, the appellation changed to "former president." Miura was also suspected of shoplifting last year, but when he gave lectures about the violation of human rights by the judiciary and the media, organizers introduced him as Mr. Miura.

Miura was found guilty of attempted murder in a separate case for having an acquaintance attack Kazumi three months before the shooting incident. He was sentenced to six years in prison.

I heard that he spent a total of 5,500 days in detention centers and prison.

This time, he returned to being called a suspect, and once again, the life that he restarted is about to take a turn for the worse.

I am surprised at the tenacity of U.S. investigators who continued to search for the truth about an event that took place 27 years ago. Moreover, I am even more astonished about the system that allows the judiciary of another country to rake up an incident on which the Supreme Court of another country passed final judgment.

Is the new evidence that the Federal Bureau of Investigation claims to have found acceptable by the general public?

If Kazumi was not shot in a parking lot in Los Angeles, she would have turned 55 on Monday. Her mother said, "Before her birthday, I found a little ray of light." The stunning news made me ponder about various matters, such as life, the passage of time and justice.
