Job description
System Operator is a member in a team that consists of staff with 24x7 multitasking operations environment.
They are required to an efficient monitor of the delivery of services reliant on server system status by providing the first level technical support & setting priorities on service delivery for a broad client around the world.
1. Responsibility:
- Perform distribution systems (including AIX/Mainframe/AS400) operation functions.
- Monitor Event Management Consoles (different monitor tools).
- Problem management is required.
- Change management is required when applicable.
- Liaise with relevant support teams.
2. Requirement:
- Associate's Degree/College Diploma.
- Major in computer science or Japanese.
- Japanese N1 or above with a good level of spoken Japanese
工作职责:
1.监视服务器运转情况，出现异常要及时联系担当或者根据操作手册进行对应
2.根据操作手册进行定期检查服务器异常情况和担当发过来的依赖
要求：
1 全日制本科
2.日语一级水平相当，听说读写流利
3.工作经验1~2年或有在日留学、工作经历为佳
4.愿意接受倒班制
5.责任心强，细心，工作认真，有团队精神
