Jobrole: The role will involve managing the operations and maintenance of websitesto the highest international standard for function, design and innovation. Theperson should be an E2E resolution owner and should be result driven.
Tasks:
1. Manage the design and development team produce the defined end result
2. Plan, prioritize, execute and control the web activities end to end
3. Own day-to-day operations
4. Manage Change Management procedure while updating a website content (minor ormajor change)
5. Mange Incident Management by identify and resolving an incident
6. Drive operational excellence – zero defect mindset
7. Follow up with Brand and agency to achieve results
8. Manage escalations and communications with Brand and Technical Agency
Thesuccessful candidate will have:
? At least 3-6 years of interactive design experience, which includes know how of:
o Web Development
o SEO Site Reviews
o Web Hosting Services
o Social Media Marketing
o Information Architecture Design
o Web Analytics
? Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meetchanging needs and requirements of the brand
? Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope
? Understands Internet, Intranet, Extranet and client/server architectures
? Maintains awareness of new and emerging technologies and the potentialapplication on client engagements
? Develop insightful, thorough recommendations to improve technical, design,content, on-page and off-page optimization elements
? Impeccable time management and communication skills
? Posses problem solving and analytical skills
? The ability to handle tight deadlines and multiple projects
? Managing client expectations about project details
? Manage budget
? Fostering a positive working relationship between the vendors and theclient’s internal management and staff
? Able to work diplomatically across multiple organizations in an occasionallyhigh-stress environment
? Have good computer skills in all of the MOS products: particularly Word,PowerPoint, and Excel & Outlook
? Enjoy working in a busy environment and representing brands you are actuallyproud of.
? ITIL qualified ( not mandatory)
