Your company will take part in a trade fair,which will be hold in London.

You have been asked to prepare the trade fair.

Discuss the situation together,and decide:
--what should be prepared to take part in the trade fair?
--who should be chose for the trade fair?

point 1:what was the trade fair?
point 2:what kind of transportations will you take?(why?)
point 3:where do you live?In the cheap hotel or in the expensive hotel?(why or why not?)

The throwaway  and handbill for your company and the products should be taken. Of course  the samples are necessary.
People of  the foreign trade department should join.

The point 1:The throwaway and handbill for your company and the products should be taken.
--you are right.But we usually use"catalogue"instead of "throwaway" and "handbill".These two words was not so professional.
The point 2:Of course the samples are necessary
--Also this point is right,and this is the most import factor when you prepared trade fair.
The point 3:People of the foreign trade department should join.
--There are some dometic factory and trading company attend trade fair.

I don't know business English very well for I choosed English literature as my major study.
Would you please update with some business rules, manner or technical terms for study?
And how about we update with the technical terms in all areas like cloth making, medical, machine~~~~~~?

yes,tezukatang,this is one of busines english subject.
To update sth about clothes,medical,machine and  so on  is a good idea.
we can learn sth more english knowledge.

Business english is one branch of english major .It will show you a range of knowledge  about share,economy,cars,trading,customer and culture of other countries.Also it including some customer when you have western food.

Also there are several opinion should be thought  when you prepared the trading fair,
1.the scale of trading fair
2.the theme of trading fair
3.how many people allowed   to attend this trading fair.
4.products will be showed in the trading fair
5.The hotel you will live during the trading fair opening,we usually choose cheap hotel,and this hotel is near the fair exhibition.It could save some extra expensive fee.Also the hotel should have internet,Then you can send email with you laptop.

just in the way how others specify them.  I suppose 小芸 is shirogumo's name.
Some adults would do this as well, in order to let other have a strong impression on their name.
