（注１）日本の大学から受入内諾を得る際には，この書類に在外公館への提出書類一式(学歴，出身大学の成績証明書，出身大学からの推薦状，研究計画書等)及び在外公館の第１次選考合格証明書を添付して，８月末までに希望する日本の大学の事務局あてに送付すること。
（注２）希望する大学から，この書類が返送されたら在外公館に提出すること。
*When you obtain your Letter of Acceptance from a Japanese university, you must send, before the end of August, the following documents to the Japanese university of your choice addressed to the attention of the administrative office that will be in charge of your education: this same Letter of Acceptance accompanied by a set of the same documents as those submitted to the Japanese Embassy/Consulate General (description of educational background, certified academic records of the university attended, letter of recommendation from the university attended, and description of the field of study and study program, etc.) as well as a certificate of preliminary selection issued by the Japanese Embassy/Consulate General.
**When this letter is returned to you by the university of your choice, you are required to submit this to the Japanese Embassy/Consulate General.
