Job Title: SSE
Job description:
–3+ years of IT offshore experience, including systems design, and programming experience.
–Familiar with VB6.0, VB.Net, ASP, C/C++, PowerBuilder experience is plus.
–Familiar with Database System (Sybase, Oracle), SQL development experience is plus.
–Minimal 1 year hands-on experience on Japanese business environment.
–Good communication and interpersonal skills.
–Self-motivation and teamwork;
–Can reading and writing Japanese （JLPT 3）
Requirements:
--Bachelor's degree or above is a must.Graduated from 211 Universities is preferred.
--Japanese Level 3 or above is preferred.
--Having experiences of working in Japan is preferred.
--With education background of Japan is preferred.

Responsibilities:
lTo manage and deliver large / multiple Projects.
lExtensive interface with customers and ensuring that customer expectations are met.
lPreparing project proposals, response to RFP’s, cost/effort estimates and reviewing proposals.
lGrowing and mentoring technical leads and large teams.
lBuilding knowledge and reputation as an expert in specialist area.
lDesigning & developing strategy, Project monitoring & Control, Resource Management.
lLeading large teams comprising of technical professionals and functional specialists and evolve plans for optimizing team productivity and acquisition of relevant competencies.
lUnderstanding client requirements for the Requirement Analysis stage of the projects, system design & architecture & knowledge engineering.
lStreamlining the delivery processes as well as those of the support functions within the organization.
Profile:
l6+ years of IT experience, including systems analysis, requirements gathering, systems design, and programming experience.
lFamiliar with VB6.0/ASP.
lStrong working knowledge of Database experience(Sybase, Oracle, SQL server)
lBe familiarity with Japanese business environment and workflow
lExcellent communication and coordination skills.
lGood Japanese(JLPT 2)

– 6+ years of IT experience, including systems analysis, requirements gathering, systems design, and programming experience.
– Familiar with VB6.0/ASP, C/C++ is plus
– Knowledge of Database experience(Sybase, Oracle, SQL server)
– Self-motivation and teamwork; Good Japanese in Oral and Documentation skill(JLPT 1)
– Excellent communication and coordination skills.
