Communication
1. Ability to relate to a customers issue or concern
2. Ability to provide written ifnormation clearly and effectively
3. Ability to provide information verbally clearly and effectively
4. Provides feedback to supervisors, managers, colleagues and the client
5. Ability to multitask by taking multiple chat sessions and maintain a high degree of accuracy
7. Ability to listen actively and effectively while comprehending the customer's issue and tone on the call
Technical or Specific Skills
1. Native level proficiency in written and spoken Japanese
2. Excellent/proven technical knowledge in computers, specifically Sytem (OS, Db etc) and/ or Networking (OSI, LAN/WAN, Router/ Switch etc)
3. Technical support call center experience is perferred (1+ years)
4. Proficient with report writting and technical business correspindence
5. Advanced toubleshooting skills(1+ year perferred) and applications/ utilities
Certifications:
Required: CompTIA Security+ (or within hire of 6 months)
Preferred: CompTIA A+, Network+, CCNA, MCP, MCSE or SSCP
