Project Manager will direct cross functional / multi-site teams & will assume Primary responsibility for effective management, co-ordination & status tracking of Key Business Critical Project assignments.
• Deliver Project deliverables effectively to specified objectives (i.e. On time, To performance, To profit/cost etc.)
• Create & take ownership for Project planning & ongoing status reporting for assigned projects
• Lead, Direct & manage task deliverables with assigned project team members.
• Manage priorities, identify roadblocks, and establish recovery plans to ensure that overall Project is kept within Planned expectations. (Escalate as necessary)
1. Delivery of Projects to specified objectives
(i.e. On time, To performance, To profit/cost etc.)
• Bachelor degree or equivalent
• Over 3 years in project manager position Strong Leadership capabilities
• Proven Project Management skills
• Strong Communication skills in Chinese & English
• Good team player & relationship builder with capability to co-ordinate cross functional & multi site activities.
• Strong Technical capabilities
• Assertive, self-motivated with drive to succeed.
• Structured, organized working methods
• Relevant Degree Qualification – preferred
• Good command in Japanese, both speaking and writing |
