Job description
The positions collaborate with IBM Japan ITS to serve the clients in Japan, key responsibilities include:

- 24System monitor (Day shift: 08:00-20:00, Night shift: 20:00-08:00)
- Data update and management
- Alert monitor and support
- Regular check with system
- Issue confirmation and support
- Operation on Unix/Linux system
- Open ticket & call SME in Japan for support
- Mail confirmation and respond
- Receive calls from Japan customers and give them solution advice
- Sites information management
- Machine information management
- Kitting status confirmation
- Delivery situation confirmation
- Development work progress confirmation
- Data of the Receiving checking and The documents preparation

Required
Bachelor's Degree
English: Basic knowledge
Japanese: Fluent

Additional information
Technical Skills
1. Word and Excel operation (Can input common functions)
2. Windows, Unix, AIX basic knowledge
Non-Technical Skills:
1. Verbal and written communication in Japanese
2. Problem solve/troubleshooting/lateral & analytical thinking
3. Teaming collaboration skills

其实你应该写上工资，还有，还要写明为什么IBM离职率这么高。

心里应该是明镜的，工资不高，福利不怎么好。

一般做了一年的就觉得前路茫茫……纷纷跳槽。
应届生倒是可以尝试下。
