EMC APJ Schedule & Dispatch team seeks well performed individuals to make things work.
What does the APJ Schedule & Dispatch team do?
EMC Scheduling & Dispatching Team (S&D Team), oriented to customer service, act as a strategic bridge between customers and engineers. The S&D team operates schedule and dispatch service for all corrective maintenance request, scheduling on-site time with customer and customer engineers (CE), ordering product parts with logistic team, dispatching engineers to repair products failures. Besides, the team is also responsible for providing account management service to a great amount of identified EMC accounts to ensure the consistent total customer experience received from EMC. S&D work closely with partners where it is a requirement to hand over tasks to the partners to perform.
The Scheduling & Dispatch team in Shanghai is newly built up organization to manage the workload across the whole APJ region, including Greater China, South Korea, Japan, India, Southeast Asia, and Australia, New Zealand. The team plays an important role to ensure customer needs are met with urgency and positive attitude. We ensure we meet all customer needs internal or external in APJ.
High Level Responsibilities
Handling incoming communication from customers and internal support groups regarding technical issues
• Schedule onsite visits of engineers and spare parts delivery
• Keeping records of all activities in the reporting system
• Dispatching problems timely to the relevant Support Groups
• Manage notifications for escalations
• Perform account management related activities across APJ region.
What do we need from you?
We need highly motivated individuals who have the desired language specialty, good communication skills, and sound customer service experience. Multi-tasking capability is great addition, so is IT industry knowledge and experience.
Qualifications and factors for success:
• Fluent Japanese language.
• Qualified English language skill for business.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and professional telephone manner
• Customer service experience and expertise
• IT literate
• 1-5 years relevant working experience

做3休3. 上早班打车报销
晚班一个月的频率不超过5-6次. 晚班会有晚班津贴.
