Job title: Service Software Support Engineer (Japanese)
Location: Shanghai, Beijing or Dalian
Responsibilities:

-  To achieve industry leading customer satisfaction and loyalty through delivery of high level, technical support to HP's OpenView customer base.
- Perform problem recreation and determination on complex issues; Perform assessment with diagnostic information in a timely manner with client/server applications
-  Perform enhancement verification and release testing for assigned products; Understanding of MSI technology; Knowledge of Enterprise or Server Application Deployment Solutions.

Qualification:

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferably more than 3 years experience in supporting OpenView or Novadigm products.

Ability to solve problems and/or identify, verify and document problems. Deliver effective information via the telephone.

Ability and desire to effectively interact with people. Possess strong team leadership skill and escalation management experience are preferred.

Fluent Japanese or Korean communication is required, and ability to communicate in English will be a plus.

这个职位主要是针对HP的一个企业管理软件openview的技术支持，JD上会对openview的技术和日语要求都比较高，但这样的人才也比较少。所以现在只要求日语好，从事IT相关职业，最好是偏硬件系统集成方向的，这个职位的薪资是非常具有竞争力的同时也是open的，可以给到一个Mgr.的Level。
