Senior Business Analyst  (高级业务分析员-日本项目)
General Requirements for following positions:
-    Bachelor Degree or above in, Insurance, Computer Science or IT related discipline
-    Good command of both written and spoken Japanese
-    Good team spirit and strong communication skills
-    Having work experience in multinational company is preferable
-    Familiar with ES/9000, AS/400 is preferable


Requirements
    5+ years operation experience in Japanese Insurance or Banking Company
    Basic command of written and spoken English
    Strong Insurance or Bank industry background
    Some IT related project experience is preferable

Responsibilities
    Acting as account manager to coordinate IT outsourcing project with clients in Japan or other South Asia countries
    Collect client's need and requirement of their systems
    Coordinate on project schedule and resource arrangement as needs
    Business skill transfer to technical staff
    Review technical staff's deliveries from business point of view
    On-site support and provide training to user according to project needs
    Compliant handling for client and report progress to senior management


Senior Information Systems Analyst –For Japan Project (高级信息系统分析员-日本项目)
General Requirements for following positions:
-    Bachelor Degree or above in, Insurance, Computer Science or IT related discipline
-    Good command of both written and spoken Japanese
-    Good team spirit and strong communication skills
-    Having work experience in multinational company is preferable
-    Familiar with ES/9000, AS/400 is preferable

Requirements
    6+ years working experience for application development and 5+ years in system design or relevant experience in Japanese Insurance Company
    Strong Insurance or Bank industry background is preferred
    Basic command of written and spoken English
    Familiar with ES/9000, AS/400 or Unix is preferable
    AS/400, COBOL or Java knowledge and experience is preferred

Responsibility
    To collect and analyze users requirement
    To design and prepare System Design Statement, approve Program Specification and review System Testing Plan.
    To prepare project schedule and progress report, and control project activities
    To provide technical and application reference to project team member
