help sb. with sth./help sb. on sth.两种用法都有的。

所以I need your help with/on sth.都是可以的。

当把sth.提到前边，整句话做sth.的定语时，介词with/on是不能省略的。

这时的定语从句有两种写法：
1.sth. with/on which I need your help.
2.sth. (that) I need your help with/on
