历时2周的面试有结果了

不知道国内的guidewire的面试是怎么样的流程，反正我这里的是这样的：

5小时的offline coding test（部分代码是老婆帮我敲的） -> 45分钟的电话面试（都是关于java和xml还有SQL的问题） -> 3小时的1对1面试（3个面试官1对1面试，每个人1小时，要在白板上写代码，全部3个面完我肚子已经瘪掉了）->10分钟 hr followup

前后2周了，终于到了揭晓结果的时候了，拿到下面的回复：
Dear Huibin,

Thank you for indicating your interest in employment with Guidewire Software.

After careful and thorough review of your qualifications, we regret to inform you that we do not find a sufficient match to our current hiring needs. We would recommend that with further study and practice in Java/OO programming and databases, we can revisit your application in 6-12 months. Perhaps consider studying for a commercial certification such as OCJP to enhance your skills.

We appreciate you taking the time to consider the career opportunities at Guidewire and we wish you the best of luck in your job search.
